LOVEFROMJANET RETURNS POLICY
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
With original tags attached
Returned within the required timeframe
Free from any distinct odour (including but not limited to detergent, perfume, cigarette smoke)
All returns are carefully inspected.
We compare returned garments against our stock fabric.
If a distinct odour is detected, the return will be rejected.
If you wish to have an unaccepted item sent back to you, return postage will be at your expense.
ONE OUTFIT RETURN PER ORDER
Each order is limited to one full outfit return.
You may exchange multiple sizes if needed, however we do not accept multiple full outfit returns from the same order.
SWIMWEAR & HYGIENE
All LFJ swimwear bottoms come with hygiene stickers attached.
Please ensure:
Bottoms are tried on over underwear only / Hygiene stickers remain fully intact
Any swimwear returned with hygiene stickers removed, altered, or showing signs of wear will not be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For policy and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:
Sale items/ Accessories
If these items are returned, no refund or credit will be issued.
BUYING MULTIPLES TO RETURN
We do not allow purchasing multiple sizes or multiple sets with the intention of returning what doesn’t fit or what you don’t want.
That said — we are more than happy to exchange sizing or styles if something isn’t quite right 💛
RETURN POSTAGE

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & LOST PARCELS
We are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels.
For all delivery enquiries, please contact Australia Post.
If calling from overseas, Australia Post can be contacted on +61 8 8479 0455.
If an international parcel is returned to us, you may choose:
Re-shipment at your expense, or
A refund in line with our refund policy below
Lost parcels that are located are generally returned to sender. Once received back by us, the above options apply.
RETURN PROCESS (ELIGIBILITY REQUIRED)
1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Email: lovefromjanet6@gmail.com to request a return. We will check tracking details.
Please ensure the item is returned with all original packaging, even if it is damaged.
Items returned without labelled packaging may incur a repacking fee.
2. Send tracking within 48 hours
Once approved, email us your return tracking number within 48 hours.
3. Return timeframe
All approved returns must be received back to us within 14 business days.
FAULTY ITEMS
Oh no — we’re so sorry! While this is rare, things can happen.
Please email: lovefromjanet6@gmail.com with your order name and clear photos/details, and we’ll resolve this as quickly as possible.
STORE CREDIT & EXCHANGES

Store credit is issued for 100% of the item value (excluding postage)

Exchanges must be returned at the customer’s expense

Exchanges may take up to 2 weeks (urgent exchanges will be prioritised)
REFUNDS

Refunds incur a 10% restocking fee

HOW TO RETURN
Step 1: Email us at lovefromjanet6@gmail.com so we can assist and confirm eligibility.
Step 2: Include a note inside your parcel with:

Your full name / order number

Your request: Exchange, store credit (100%), or refund (90%)
Step 3: Once received and assessed, refunds or credits are processed within 1–5 business days.
Banks may take 1–10 business days to reflect refunded funds.
Step 4: Contact us for the return address via lovefromjanet6@gmail.com
