Returns & Exchanges ( 7 Day Guarantee )

We want you to love your LFJ pieces. If something isn't quite right, we're always happy to help with easy exchanges or store credit as long as the conditions below are met. Unfortunately we do not accept cancellation of orders.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on swimwear or platform shoes unless the item is faulty.

Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility: To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused, in original condition
  • Full-priced items only (sale, clearance and promotional items are final sale)
  • Swimwear returned with hygiene stickers fully intact, where applicable

Any item showing signs of wear or use cannot be accepted.

How to Return or Exchange:

Step 1 — Submit a Request
Email us at lovefromjanet6@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and reason for return or exchange.

Step 2 — Return Approval
Once approved, we'll send you the return address and next steps.

Step 3 — Send Your Return
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

Step 4 — Processing
Once received, your item will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. We will then process one of the following:

Exchange — We'll send out your new size or colour once the return is approved

Store Credit — Issued for the value of the item

Refund — Refunds are only issued in the case of a faulty or damaged item. If you believe your item is faulty please contact us at lovefromjanet6@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the fault. We will assess each case individually and if the fault is on our end we will issue a full refund including original shipping costs.

Cancellation - Unfortunately we do not accept cancellation of orders.

Pre-Orders

Thank you for your patience with our pre-order items! Please note the following:

  • Pre-order estimated timeframes are listed on each individual product page — please check these before purchasing
  • Pre-orders are final sale — no cancellations or changes will be accepted once an order is placed
  • You will be updated and notified via email as soon as your order has been shipped and tracking is available
  • Pre-orders are processed and dispatched as a priority as soon as stock arrives

Important Notes:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, Sale, clearance, and promotional items are final sale. Refunds are only available on faulty items, No refunds on swimwear or platform shoes for change of mind or sizing - exchanges and store credit only

Returns that do not meet our policy may be declined and sent back at the customer's expense
