Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your LFJ pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re always happy to help with easy exchanges or store credit, as long as the conditions below are met.

Timeframe

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed, in original condition

  • Full-priced items only (sale, clearance, and promotional items are final sale)

  • Returned with hygiene stickers fully intact, where applicable

For hygiene reasons, any item returned without its hygiene strip or showing signs of wear cannot be accepted.

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1 — Submit a Request
Email us at lovefromjanet6@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and reason for return or exchange.

Step 2 — Return Approval
Once approved, we’ll send you the return address and next steps.

Step 3 — Send Your Return
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

Step 4 — Processing
Once received, your item will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. We will then process one of the following:

Exchange — We’ll send out your new size or colour once the return is approved

Store Credit — Issued for the value of the item

Refund — Processed back to your original payment method, if eligible

Important Notes

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Sale, clearance, and promotional items are final sale

Returns that do not meet our policy may be declined and sent back at the customer’s expense

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty (rare, but it happens), please email us as soon as possible with clear photos and your order number, and we’ll resolve it for you quickly 🤍
